BIG congratulations to Today Show, Hoda Kotb, on the new addition to her adorable family, Hope Catherine. Morning mainstay and loving Mommy recently shares her adoption story with People Magazine (and made us tear up a little!) Hope joins big sister Haley Joy, 2.
