It’s summer vacation so why aren’t you taking one?!
If you and your family and dying to get out of town for a little bit, here is a little list of the great places in the United States to travel during summer. Of course, who wouldn’t want to get out of the states and experience something new, but I think America gets underrated when it comes to vacations! Not to mention, staying in the country is more cost efficient and much easier to plan. Don’t forget, Hawaii IS a part of the United States 
Gorgeous year-round weather and a ton of stuff to do! From the Zoo to SeaWorld, to the beach to Balboa Park, you are sure to find plenty of stuff to do for you and the kids!
The perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Maui is gorgeous, and even though you are staying within the states, you feel like you are far away from everything!
Keep Austin weird. If you are looking for a fun vacation that doesn’t necessarily involve beaches, Austin has a lot to offer! Great music, food and history to enjoy as a couple or with the family!
One of the most beautiful places in the mainland! Tahoe is great for the water sport loving families! Relax in your boathouse, take a hike or get on the jet ski!
Another great option for a good ol’Southern vacation! Nashville has great music and beautiful scenery to enjoy!
We have to include the East Coast too! Charleston is known for being a beautiful and quaint town offering enjoyable walks, boutiques and boasting of friendly locals!
